Referral Compensation Terms

Maximum referral fee

Referral fees do not exceed $500 per qualified referral. The amount within that maximum is determined by Revenue Return based on the nature of the engagement and is entered manually by an authorized reviewer. Fees are never calculated automatically by the platform.

When a referral may qualify

A referral may be considered qualified only when all of the following are true:

• The Ambassador is approved and in good standing at the time of submission.
• The business is new to Revenue Return and is not an existing client, prospect or duplicate submission.
• The decision-maker is reachable and agrees to a conversation.
• The engagement reaches the qualification stage defined by Revenue Return.
• The submission was accurate and made with a genuine relationship to the business.

Approval and payment

Qualified referrals move to referral fee approval, then to payment scheduling, then to paid. Each step is reviewed by an authorized Revenue Return reviewer. Payments are issued to the payout method the Ambassador has set up, and additional documentation may be required before payment.

What is not paid

• Duplicate referrals, or businesses already in contact with Revenue Return.
• Referrals submitted from purchased lists or without a genuine relationship.
• Self-referrals or referrals of businesses the Ambassador owns or controls, unless approved in writing.
• Referrals that do not reach qualification, or that are withdrawn or found inaccurate.

Taxes

Ambassadors are independent and are responsible for all taxes on amounts received. Revenue Return may be required to collect tax information before issuing payment.

Nothing here guarantees that a referral will be accepted, contacted, qualified, or paid, or that any amount of income will be earned. Amounts, eligibility and timing may change.
