Social media that supports the business, not the algorithm

A realistic platform, cadence and content plan your team can actually sustain — measured by visits and inquiries.

A Social Plan You Can Actually Sustain.

One or two platforms where your customers already are, a cadence your team can hold for a year, and content from real work — measured in saves, shares, directions and DMs.

  • Capacity-based cadence
  • Real content
  • Signals that matter

Platform and cadence chosen realistically

  • Focus on where your customers actually are
  • Cadence matched to your team's real capacity
  • Clear ownership so posting doesn't stop in month two

Content built from real business activity

  • Work, staff, products and customer moments
  • Short-form video where it fits the category
  • Offer and event promotion without constant discounting

Engagement and community handling

  • Comment and DM response routines
  • Escalation paths for complaints
  • Coordination with reviews and reputation work

Content types that consistently work locally

  • Before-and-after or process footage from actual jobs
  • Staff introductions and behind-the-counter moments
  • Answers to the questions customers ask in person every week
  • Time-bound offers with a clear next step and link

What we track

Saves and shares, profile visits, direction requests, DM inquiries, and link clicks tied to bookings. Follower growth is reported but never treated as the objective.

Organic social reach is controlled by each platform and can change without notice. No specific reach, follower or engagement outcome is guaranteed.

Questions owners ask before starting

Which platforms should a local business actually use?

Usually one or two, chosen by where your customers already are. Facebook and Instagram cover most consumer-facing local categories; short-form video matters for food, fitness, beauty and trades demonstrations; LinkedIn only matters if you sell to businesses.

How often do I need to post?

Consistency beats volume. Two to three posts a week you can sustain for a year outperforms daily posting that stops after five weeks. We size the cadence to whoever will actually produce the content.

Do followers matter?

Not much on their own. Saves, shares, direction requests, profile taps and DMs correlate far better with revenue. A 900-follower account driving weekly bookings is worth more than 20,000 followers who never visit.

Who creates the content — us or you?

Both models work. Many local businesses get the best results capturing raw photos and clips on-site while we handle editing, captions, scheduling and response. Fully outsourced content is possible but tends to look less authentic than what staff capture during real work.

Should I boost posts or run proper ad campaigns?

Boosting is fine for local reach on a genuinely good organic post. For lead generation, structured campaigns with proper tracking and landing pages outperform boosting — that's covered under paid ads.
