Funding readiness is the difference between an offer with workable terms and a stack of declines. Three areas matter most: Business credit profile Underwriters check Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business. A complete profile with tradelines reporting on time is the single biggest readiness lever. Bank statements Lenders evaluate the last 3–12 months for average daily balance, NSF activity, and deposit consistency. Avoiding negative days in the application window dramatically improves offers. Documentation Have the last two years of business tax returns, a current debt schedule, and a YTD P&L ready before applying. Underwriters move faster on complete files. Our Business Capital Blueprint scores all three dimensions and tells you exactly what to fix before you apply.
